Note: All materials created by WTHWolfy are © under any distribution circumstances. Any materials shared must be credited accordingly, and is permitted to be shared across any form of social media with proper credit.
When reposting, all characters depicted in the materials are © to their respectful owners.

I, as the artist, have the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason I see fit.I, as the artist, also have printing rights to whatever piece is commissioned. This gives me the right to profit from your commissioned piece via prints and merchandising. I will always approach clients before doing so. Please disclose ahead of time if this is something you DO NOT want.I DO NOT work with minors. I do not hold slots when opening for commissions. If there is a problem with processing your payment after you have purchased a slot I will temporarily hold your position in the queue for 48 hours after the initial payment was made. If the payment issue is unresolved, I will cancel your order and you will lose your slot unless you are able to resolve the issue and reorder before your slot is filled by someone else.

COMMISSIONING TIPS

Upon commissioning me, I expect you to have ready with you a complete, digital reference sheet. I prefer that the reference sheet be digital for easy access to the correct colors and tones of your character. I am also able to work off of other artist's interpretations of the character if you have multiple drawings of them that properly display their correct colors and details from multiple angles. A scan of a traditional reference sheet may be allowed if the color quality is clean.Please speak to me in clear English if possible when discussing details about your commission, as I am only able to speak and understand English. The use of a translator app or third party may be required in some cases. I am always able to show WIPs (Work-in-progress shots) of your commission, so you may request them freely and I urge you to do so at a reasonable rate. When I am working on your commission, bear in mind that if the queue is particularly long, your patience will be greatly appreciated. While I may be contacted outside of my work hours for commission updates and inquiries, please note that replies may not be as immediate as they would be within my workweek.

POSTING AND CREDIT

After the piece has been finished, I will email you the full resolution piece, both watermarked and unwatermarked. Please do not attempt to profit off of the work I do for you in any way, shape, or form. You are free to use the image as a form of profile image, or purely for personal use ONLY. You may print your image for personal use ONLY. If you want to work out a licensing agreement for the use of your piece in merchandise, I am open to discussing pricing for one-time payments on merchandising licensing.Upon posting the picture yourself, please credit me by linking to my account and stating the art is not your own*When art made for you is in use in the form of a profile picture or other social media image please credit me appropriately by linking back to my socials in some way, shape, or form. Please respect the privacy and character ownership of previous clients, and do not utilize any of my works personally unless you are the client of said work. Please only utilize pieces done specifically for you.

*Note: Please link back to any one of my socials found on my Carrd HERE when posting my works. You must either attach the link or tag me directly if possible when posting any work done by me, whether it is your own or simply something you are sharing.

REFUND POLICY

If you find that the waiting time for your commission is unacceptable in length, and only if I have yet to send out more than TWO WIP images, you can ask for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued on larger projects that also meet this criteria. A refund can also be issued if I have shown a work in progress shot, but you have been waiting for the finished product for more than 6 weeks without contact. However, if I have already finished your piece, then I can not issue refunds. If an edit needs to be made to your already finished commission, please note that I am only able to do small edits. Large or important details that you as the client have failed to give when commissioning or checking WIPs will incur a fee. Please be as thorough as possible when checking over WIPs and giving feedback as to avoid this fee.
